Can you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda can be reserved for private hire, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special pleasure of ours; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a particular hurry, our helipad is operational from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
Are pets welcome?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We offer a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats are welcome in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please tell us in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.

Harbourvilla opened in 1983 as a single villa on a quiet bay, and expanded only when we were certain we could grow without losing what made it worth the journey. 43 years on, we keep 90 rooms and suites, two kitchens and one gaming rooms, and we still decline more business than we accept.
Luxury, to us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table held an hour past closing because you were still talking. We hire for that instinct and we keep the people who have it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire strategy. We would rather 70 percent of a smaller number come back each year than chase a larger one that never does.
